About SFM High Point
Our family practice provides integrated care to people in High Point / Archdale and surrounding communities who have specific needs around substance use/abuse and mental health. We combine treatment services with medical care and case management to address the whole person. We accept all major insurance plans and Medicaid/Medicare. We are also contracted with Partners BHM, Vaya Health and Cardinal Innovations. Our clinic is featured in Psychology Today and we’re an SAMHSA approved treatment provider.
